ISR Self-Rescue Lessons
New Students
Infant Swimming Resource’s Self-Rescue® swimming program is scheduled 5 days per week, Monday through Friday, for 10 minutes each day for an average of 6 weeks.
With a focus on safe, customized, one-on-one lessons by certified Instructors, ISR’s survival swimming lessons emphasize health, ongoing program evaluations and parent education to deliver the most effective and safest results in the industry.
The ISR program is for children 6 months to 6 years of age.

Maintenance Lessons
Returning Students Only
Maintenance lessons are occasional sessions designed to help your child keep their ISR skills sharp after completing the initial ISR program. These lessons are great for maintaining confidence in the water and ensuring skills stay consistent over time. Maintenance lessons are typically scheduled every few weeks or months, depending on your child’s needs. They’re a perfect option for children who are already comfortable in the water but benefit from ongoing practice to reinforce their abilities.

Refresher Lessons
Returning Students Only
Refresher lessons are more focused and intensive sessions that help children rebuild or adjust their ISR skills after time away from the water or a growth spurt. These lessons are ideal for children who have had a break from swimming, experienced physical changes, or need a confidence boost in their water survival skills. Refresher lessons are usually scheduled for one to three weeks and ensure your child is fully prepared and comfortable in the water as they continue to grow and develop.
